There was once that Imam Busairi had stroke and doctors have lost faith and hope to cure him. Due to his grief, he wrote a poem that praises and glorify prophet Muhammad. By reciting this poem, he hopes that Allah would cure his illness.
One Friday night, he isolate himself and fully devoted, subside and sincere reciting the poem. As he was reciting the poem, he fell asleep and dream that he meet with prophet Muhammad. He told prophet Muhammad about his illness. Then, prophet Muhammad placed his hand on Imam Busairi. With the blessing of prophet Muhammad, Allah had cure Imam Busairi’s illness.
When he woke up, he saw a scarf on him, that was placed by prophet Muhammad. Due to that, the poem was known to be Qasidah Burdah (poem of the scarf).
